Fabian fix poll
I was curious about what people think would fix Fabian Stategy to make it feel like an exotic instead of an ok legendary.
Edit 1: elaborate on specifics aka different perks and so on

Definitely increase the effect of the exotic perk. I'd like to see a noticable increase in RoF and the increased handling turning into a laser beam, that's the only way I see it becoming good. Failing that, making it so it increases impact rather then RoF would also be acceptable I guess.
