I'm a crucible player, I play a lot maybe too much and everytime I finish a game, (I play rumble, I win 80ish% of the time) on any game mode, people with a negative k/d (0.9 and below) or did completely horrible are always getting legendary engrams/weapons etc. I thought you'd fixed this?
