You can turn in Legendary Fusion Rifle looking items for 200 gunsmith rep.
It is possible for someone to be rank 10 right now assuming they did enough grinding.

There's only 4 of them that drop. I've done every test weapon since 2.0. I'm only missing 1 weapon this week and the crucible quest that gives gunsmith rep. After those I'd be rank 4 3/4.

I have gotten 3 of the same number when farming draksis. Several other people have as well.

There is 4 different ones but you can definitely get repeats...
