Grinding For Eyasluna in the Crucible is a NIGHTMARE
I've been playing Crucible matches for 4 days straight trying to get the Eyasluna handcannon. By playing the Crucible this long, I have realized how MESSED UP the reward system is. I've seen two people in last place get the drop, while I have been at the top. Should I just purposely do bad in the Crucible to get it? WHAT IS THIS GARBAGE??? PLEASE Hit the +1 if you're having this problem. :/
(UPDATE): After taking the advice of purposely doing bad in the Crucible, I was able to obtain the Eyasluna. Not only did I get the handcannon a few matches later, but I was able to help a Titan complete his Sword kill bounty. [u]DON'T TRY TO WIN OF YOU ARE TRYING TO GET IT. [/u] Just purposely do bad. It actually works.

1 ReplyIve been grinding for practically the past year, since ive been trying to get it since it was out and have been playing non-stop trying to get it, about every single little chance ive got. I have never got one. My friend got 8, 8 matches in a row. My other friend, who is new to destiny, got it his first game as level 40. Ive been recently stepping up my grind, playing classic free for fall every day for the past 3 months for 6-7 hours each day, no drop. I even tried the do bad thing but nothing. Im actually starting to pay my frienda to grind it for me 😂 This is ridiculous.

Yeah the rewards are for bad players bungie tries to get them good and good players need more skill against the bad ones it's a good reward system now then what it was before

I'm in the same boat... except i've been grinding for about 2 months. I think I have gotten about 10 nlshadows, 2 party crashers, 5 red specters, 7 in times of need , but no eyasluna.

Have played non stop crucible for the past month. I'm talking 5-8 hours a day at least haven't even seen one drop nor have I seen a party crasher drop for me EVER! Then to make it worse my friend who is TRASH plays his second game in the last month and gets a God roll eyesluna in his second game with 8 kills and a .56 k/d.. like what?

I have gotten five drops with being either the top overall player or top three on my team. Sadly though the rolls have absolutely sucked. Scrapped it all times.

2 RepliesSince TTK, still no Eysaluna, party crasher, Shadow, or Spectre dropped. I've seen scrub players all the -blam!-ing time get Eysaluna, Spectre and Party. Yet to see Shadow drop at all. It's like going to the casino and hoping to win the jackpot. Drops never happen if you want them to, and this cruel game of dangling carrots to keep people playing is bullshit

Been grinding for a decent one for literally 3 months doing crucible for at least 3 hours a day. (8 hours straight yesterday) lol. 8 hours of control/zone control... Not ONE legendary weapon. Maybe 5 or 6 legendary leg engrams which in no way could help me at all.

grinding for anything in crucible is a nightmare... i've had 2 eyaslunas drop, both shit rolls. i'm positive those were obtained when I first started playing and couldn't post a positive match K/D to save my life. been grinding for red spectre ever since i had an OK one drop for me the other night (and i'm 80% certain it dropped on a negative K/D match.) i've played around 40 matches and I actually saw 2 drop early on, and both were for negative match K/D players.

I hardly ever play crucible cuz Im horrible and I got that thing yesterday. Is it any good? On my titan, not great perks.

During Iron Banner, Bungie posted a weekly update mentioning a glitch effecting Legendary drop rates in the Crucible. I don't know if it has been resolved or not. I'm also always at the top of the leaderboard and I seriously think that has a negative effect on my drops.
