I'm having some of the same issues with my Titan. No "Hammertime" emote. I did get the emblem and shader though. I called Microsoft and was making progress only to lose my online session!!

You two are not alone. I am experiencing this issue with others. I have started a separate post specifically for this issue and am trying to get the majority under one roof.
