GUNSMITH 4th LEVEL: Somebody has reached it?
A friend and me have tried everything (every week) to earn gunsmith reputation as much as possible. We cannot reach the 4th level in the gunsmith this week and, [b]curiously[/b] we both left 40 points to get it.
He has given very good items on 2nd level and 3rd too. So... I expect something bigger.
Has anyone arrived the 4th level?

Someone has got to rank 5 already, it unlocks the quest for the other exotic hand cannon. It was on Reddit. Also on Reddit, someone got the sleeper quest. They said you have to give the gunsmith 2 of those legendary fusion rifles from each planet, including the dreadnaught (10)
