Yes, I belive you are. I don't play much pvp but what I have experienced is not a lot of trouble from the hammer mostly the hunters bow. I really don't care what I get killed by I'm still going to get killed, a lot. That being said I dont want it needed, I enjoy it the way it is in PVE where I spend most of my time. I would suggest you learn how to counter or avoid it, just my $.02.

I don't care about it in pve and lol are you really gonna miss 15 health in pve?

It's just that whenever they do nerf, the nerfed item is usually not worth spit when bungie get finished with it.

On the 15-20 health sure but I doubt that that's all the nerf would be,. I think it would be a unless subclass if it got the nerf hammer and I think you know it.
