We haven’t been able to launch Destiny past the stagnant title screen since the PS4 3.00 Firmware Update this morning to even begin the process of downloading the 2.0.0.5 Destiny Update :(
When launching the title screen, the entire system appears to become unresponsive - only when holding down the PS4 button on the dual shock controller does the screen come up to Log Out, Restart, Close Application, etc. After selecting one of these options, the entire device gets stuck on its appropriate “waiting” screen (“Preparing to turn off the PS4..” blue screen with spinning wheel when restarting, “Logging Out” when logging out, etc). When attempting to restart, the device beeps three quick times as though trying to power off, but screen stays the same. The only resolution is force shutting down the entire PS4.
My boyfriend and I have 2 PS4s that are signed in to both of our PSNs, and the issue doesn’t happen when signing into either PSN on the other PS4. Double checked that everything is downloaded from the PS Library as well. Connected and reconnected to internet, when selected "Check for updates" on Destiny application, states that it is the latest version that is installed.
PLZ HELP WE JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME TOGETHER AND NOT MOPE WHILE ONE PERSON PLAYS AND THE OTHER ONE WATCHES :(
