With the night stalker ur super can stop his special and kill him if ur aim is good enough. Titans arent op even without ur special u could use shade step and some perfectly timed jumps to avoid his hammers and when he runs out just lay into him with a good hand cannon.

I know what one of the hunters super is I kno the Titan has a grenade to cancel supers by the way Titan skating is the fastest moment and if I have enough skill to crack it in the head with a sniper it should die
