Well, firstly I was leveling my hunter and then I decided to create a new warlock, so I deleted my old one but, I didn't open the package that contains the class item, shader and emote. After creating the new one, and used spark of light to get to level 25 ASAP. When I got to the tower there was no package at the postmaster, but the exotic class item was in the kiosk and the emote was there too, but no signal for the class shader !
I use PS4 and I already did that license thingy
If someone didn't understood the context please let me know so I can try to explain it better !

Check the shader computer thing beside that old lady that sells shaders.

It isn't there... That's the weird thing, because everything else is in their respective kiosk
