I can't figure out if my touch of malice bounty is glitches or not because in app it says I have 45 and in destiny it says 44 can I please get some help?

If your Dreadnaught destination shows less then your grimoire. It means you have picked up a fragment on another character. Make sure to collect as many as you need on a single character.

Go to destinyghosthunter.net it will let you know what fragments you've collected with each character
