And what about us on XB360 who didn't get the Suros pack despite pre-ordering the stand alone digital download of TTK?

The suros pack is 3 lvl 160 green weapons you can purchase from the vanguard quartermaster, if you can't access them through him you aren't missing out they are crap weapons, worse than year 1 stuff

I understand that, but that's not the point. The point is I didn't get something that should have come with the DLC. Plus, crappy weapons or not, I still want the shader and emblem.

It did not download with the Suros pack, which I was told by someone here on the forums should have been a separate download item listed on my console's HDD. I've tried deleting TTK and redownloading (many times). I've tried deleting TTK, clearing my system cache, redownloading and nothing. Chatting for ~2 hours with MS Xbox Support online through the Xbox.com's chat feature ... nothing. Posted up many times to the forums here, nothing. I'm close to my wit's end.
