Yeah that's rough, by level 35 I had all the shaders/emblems.
Only have the new ship and not the old one though.

Damn ya I have another friend who is 33 and has emblems as well as the ship I think like wtf lol. The completely random drops really sucks. I have actually gotten the assault rifle 4 times from random new monarchy packages. No emblems yet. Hopefully bungee will fix
