I want hammer of sol nerfed but before you say some bull about how op we use to be hear me out. Just
A lot ppl think I want the whole super nerfed... I just want them to lose about 15 -25 health so snipers and golden gun bullets can kill him
Almost 2,000 damn
-
why don't you just go play a Titan? You people who try and main one class are missing a huge part of the game
-
Oh shit thug life
-
I've been one shot from the golden gun while sunbreaking. I think it's the over shield from sunspots that causes survival from golden gun.
-
I wreck sunbreakers .. Gunslinger byeee

Edited by KLGChaos: 10/1/2015 8:41:29 AMPersonally, I could understand a nerf in Crucible. I don't play it much, so I wouldn't care unless it hurt PVE, as well. Then I'd have a problem. I think the whole "butt hurt" hunters thing comes from the fact that they sort of dominated PvP in year one with two of the strongest Supers in the game and now that Sunbreaker is out and they're no longer the big kid in the sandbox, it sounds like they're whining. Do Hunters have a valid complaint? Possibly. I don't play a lot of PvP, so I can't say for sure. I think a lot of Titans are just afraid that needing HoS will put them back to Year 1 status-- namely, the worst PvP class, with Hunters dominating again. Not to mention that Supers are all they really have. Grenades are mediocre and melee is still the worst in the game. And if I recall, armor is actually the worst stat in Crucible, but I could be wrong. I actually want to level a Hunter now, myself. Wasn't a huge fan of Gunslinger or Blade Dancer, but I like the looks of Nightstalkers as a support class.
-
So I play warlock main and titan second and I don't really feel as though they really are that bad. Sure there are plenty of ways to take them down in seconds already such as those mentioned and that just like all other supers they can end before they even begin. I think that new classes are nicely balanced. The new hunters supers can end everything and has -blam- all over teams in mayhem this week. And the storm callers are -blaming- crazy and can vaporize everything. I like the new classes as bungie made them and feel they are good as they are.
-
Jump dodge aim for the head and keep shooting. Works 90% of the time
-
Ive always mained titan. Heres my solution. Reduce the tracking. That way people will need better aim. Jumping and strafing will be a viable method to counter it
-
Bungie got rid of the hammer glitch but they didn't touch the class itself.
umad?
-
Your wrong a headshot sniper with good impact can kill a hammer it's been done to me and I'm a Titan also hunters bow is op as -blam!- so stop complaining
-
Edited by MrBubble104: 10/1/2015 6:53:35 AMTitans are strong and slow I hardly ever get killed by them, I just hide or run away. Hunters die easily durning there super because there fast and weak.
-
Hahahaha I beat hammer of sol 9 times out of 10 without my supercharge! Play to your strengths and you will find a way round it
-
Lol.. another salty Hunter whining.
-
Just give them the same health as Arc Blade, perhaps take a teeny bit off the hammer proc detonation range and boom, instant balanced class. Thats literally all that needs to happen. I've lost so many mayhem games because the othee team had 3 or more Sunbreakers. Thats ridiculous.
-
Things that can kill a sunbreaker in-super without other supers: 1. Shotgun-melee 2. 1000-yard-stare/ black spindle headshot 3. Fourth horseman 4. 2 Telesto 5. Any exotic sword RT with warrior of light 6. 1-2 rockets depending on whether or not they are directly hit 7. Well-place machine gun shots Now with supers: 1. Nova bomb 2. Titan smash 3. 2 gunslinger shots (or one celestial nighthawk) 4. Stormtrance landfall (blind & shock) 5. Another sunbreaker 6. Tether then shoot literally ANY weapon 7. 2 bladedancer slashes Enjoy your 14 ways to kill a sunbreaker!
-
Quit you're bitching. I play hunter and I demolish the shitty sunbreakers. Their hammer is so easy to out meneuver and with tether I can kill them before they see me.
-
Mate i main hunter now but played titan since day 1 good on titans why not have a decent super. Although any true blood who wiped out a team whilst curving round corners to get fist of havoc off before your ghost appeared would love this post.
-
The entire class is the drawback it Solely Relies on its super for its perks. Other than that the perks are just average
-
So I'm a BUTTHURT HUNTER?
*reads post Yes, you are.
-
crucible is a joke.
-
Not even a headshot from a high impact sniper like Stillpiercer or 1000 yard can one shot them. I haven't tried Black Spindle but damn being able to tank a headshot.... Cmon
-
I'm sorta in between on this one, yes Titans with sol on pretty much are going to kill you no matter what you do most of the time and this seems unfair when you are on the receiving end of those hammers. Yet titans are in fact suppose to be tanks on two legs, a bit of balancing would help but at the same time I think this how their suppose to work.
and you complained about solar warlocks lol at least you had a chance to kill a radiance lock
-
Most excuses I see are: 1. "Titans never had an overpowered subclass before so we deserve this." Other overpowered subclasses were nerfed and they're still good in PvP. We don't want your new subclass to be nerfed to the ground, we want it to be nerfed TO BALANCE IT. 2. "Titans are tanks, they're supposed to kill everything." This is honestly the dumbest thing because you adjust armor, recovery, and speed according to preference but if you REALLY insist that they are tanks then they should be slower and not have the best (fastest/most ranged) jump in the game. I've never seen a tank move like that. 3. "All of their perks benefit their super." You can decide to choose the perks that only benefit a super for every subclass, doesn't make the other supers indestructible. Also, that sounds like Bungie didn't think it through, not that they intended for this super to be an unstoppable wrecking machine. 4. "Get gud, butthurt, salty, etc." We get it, you're 13.
Before anyone says anything, I have 1 of each class. I main a hunter this DLC because Nighstalker is the only new super I like. Last DLC I mostly ran my titan (Defender) for PvE and my warlock (Voidwalker) for PvP and I'll be switching them both back to their void supers once I finish leveling the new ones.
Edited by FrenchFries: 10/1/2015 7:18:19 AMActually I have 1v1'd a subreaker hammer of sol .... And lived to tell the tale. You know how I did it? I used my hammer of sol
Enemy had shit accuracy lol
-
I need less armor (10 less?) during my supeand bladedancers need razors edge intrinsic since they suck dick against shotguns and Suncharge. Move encore to Edge's old slot and give Raspberry improved range perk to that newly available slot.
-
Just lower that health, ever so slightly Luke&Co. We await the patch.
