Yes I know it's Tuesday, but here I am sitting in my recruiting office watching time tick away before I go to the gym (during work of course) and today is shoulders for me because that's just how my rotation fell on. Now if you workout then you should know that the worldwide day for chest is Monday. Why Monday? What is so significant about Monday? Is it because it is the first day of the work week? Personally I like doing chest on the weekends because then I can take all the time I want to really destroy my chest. Why do I bring this up you may wonder... Well yesterday I was trying to do arms but all of the cable machines were taken, and people were doing flies with all of the 25-40 lb Dumbbells! Please someone explains this to me..
