I would like an answer after i posted in here 4 times with no luck.
I bought i physical copy of the taken king collector edition for Xbox one. After putting the code in i had problems downloading the taken king(i had a physical copy of the main game already and all the dlc already), but after some research i was able to download the taken king.
However i never got any of the items i was suppose to get, no shaders, no class items, no new dance, nothing. All i got was a spark of light.
I tried going in the manage game and i dont see anything there to re download other than suros pack witch it says installed but i dont have that either.
I dont get it. i paid for it but i didnt get anything. How do i resolve this problem? An answer would be greatly appreciated.

The last update kicked all information for the suros weapons an shaders ect. Cause I pre bought all had then them all day of an now can't equip unless I pre order them so the update screwed things up

After some time i went to taken king dlc and was able to install it from there for "Free" . But i never got any download for the shaders, class items, new dance, a sparrow etc. After few days i got the code from gamestop for the suros pack, downloaded it and said installed and still got nothing. All i had in the postmaster when i launched the game was one spark of light.
