No Time To Explain.... Any ideas on how to get it?
I'm wondering if anyone has any leads on how to get this exotic weapon. I have a feeling we will need the legendary version, which i went a head and ascended and fully upgraded hoping that would trigger a quest, but no go. Maybe your gunsmith needs to be a certain rank, not too sure. Post some suggestions, well get this sum b****tch.
