For those that had Pre-ordered Destiny - The Taken King Digital Copies (i.e. basic, or collector's edition) you may find that your shader and emblem are no longer able to use. Furthermore, you probably also never received your 'Weapons Pack' at all.

I have been on with xbox support for over 2 hours now and they are unable to assist. They will be contacting Bungie/Destiny to resolve the issue. Apparently Bungie removed 'Weapon pack' bundle content from the store which was downloaded previous to 9/15 - Taken King release date. Making everyone that downloaded 'Weapon pack' unable to wear/equip shader and emblem. If you ever received the actually guns promised then lucky you. I was instructed by xbox support to remove weapon pack install, along with Taken King install, in the hopes to re-download without issue. However, since preorder is well over, and for some reason the bundle is missing, and/or not recognizing that on 9/5 I preordered/purchased the basic Destiny - Taken King digital version... I am unable to re-download the 'Weapon pack'. I would recommend you to not remove it, or at least maybe take a snapshot for proof that it existed previously and is no longer working. Just to save you about an hour of explaining to xbox support you understand it is currently only available on collector's editions, but during PREORDER it was available to anyone purchasing the Taken King.
If this issue is effecting you please post. The more effected I should hope the more urgent this matter becomes to Bungie to resolve. I would also like to remind you all that if you purchase content, regardless of want or need, if you purchase content it is your right to attain what you paid for. If you do not, you are not only doing a disservice for yourself, but for all those that have been taken advantage of in the process. This is more about principle then a shader and an emblem.
