It's called anaerobic bacteria. I'm sure we could find or create a ferrophage.

Not enough. Plants can't breath without similar levels as humans. If a human can't breath Martian atmosphere neither can plants.

They actually need carbon dioxide to survive. They breath the opposite of us(inhales co2, exhales oxygen). So they would be perfect for bringing oxygen to Mars.

No. Whilst plants do convert co2 into oxygen through photosynthesis, a byproduct of how they make their food, like all eukaryotes they also need to respire to stay alive. That means breathe oxygen.
