Hello, so i'v done a small amount of investigating and it seems others are having this problem as well. The shaders Oracle 99 and Double Banshee are missing on my account but I have the codes applyd to it. I am also missing all of the Emblems that are related to imputing codes with the exception of two that I had on characters. So my assumption is that since the update effectively got rid of the special items kiosk/vendor or what have you and replaced it with the collections - SINCE I didn't have double banshee, oracle 99 and all of the emblems on characters or in the vault at the time they were not added to the collection. Now, it makes sense to not unlock emblems and shaders you may had previously dismantled prior to TTK - but in this case they are items related to codes and thus are account bound, so should they not by default be added to the collections regardless of my characters not having them on their person? If I could simply re-input the codes and re-acquire the items I would be fine with doing that but since they have already been used on the account I can not do so. Please ether; A. Wipe them from the list of codes that have been used on the profile so they can be redeemed again. B. Send them to players through the post master thus adding them to collections. or, C. Just unlock them on the collection page of players who's accounts have the codes attached. Also noticed I have two blacksmith shaders in my collection, I assume again because two characters had the shader when the collections dropped. Weird system in my opinion.
