I don't see hovey in any XB1 tournaments. That, or he and his team don't make it far enough. These three win tournaments or finish top 3 regularly.

Just when it comes to best PvP'ers, you have to play the best PvP'ers in order to be called the best. He could easily borrow someone's XBL account and join tournaments which I'm not sure if he's done or not. Sniper accuracy is insane, but it would 100% be down if he played sweaties/tournaments like these guys do. Not trying to argue, just saying "to become the best, you have to play the best"

I think I heard Hovey say he doesn't play sweaties very often. Not sure the reason though
