Have you ever activated it with full melee and grenade with the perk that makes it drain slower with full grenade and melee? I'm a warlock... Not trying to bash it. But I can clear a room, travel to the next area (pve) and clear that room as well and still float around for 5-10 more seconds shocking nothingness because everything is already fried.
