Jackson - if you check the boards here you'll find that a lot of us have been in the same situation since Friday last (9/25) and so far all we've heard from Bungie is that they're aware of the problem and then the bogus advice above. Following the advice on those links means you'll stand a better than even chance of losing the Suros Arsenal Pack (lame as it was) behind the Bungie/Microsoft paywall. The new issue for me was losing about half of my legendary marks. I can't see the point of continuing to play the game if earned bonuses are so ephemeral...
