Nope. If a rocket doesn't kill an Arcblade then you missed plain and simple.

Weird I guess you have to hit them head-on because I've lived through rockets as a Bladedancer before. No one expects it so I stab them after the dust settles

Yup it has to be head on. Blast radius damage will not take them out.
