NEED HELP! BUNGIE REPLEY URGENTLY!!

Hey! So I bought the TTK Legendary edition off the Xbox Live Marketplace I downloaded it and then had to down load destiny and all the compatibility packs! I finished that but then there was a problem (A Big one :/ ) so I just created my character and my game froze.. Turned off my Xbox 360 and I didn't think much off it it rarely happens so I launch the game again and before I get to the Main Menu this comes up in the top left corner in a pixelated font saying "Oops, something bad happened. Please wait one moment..." I waited hours and nothing , I reinstalled the whole game , I cleared the cache, I done everything I could think off! Who ever is reading this could you please help me as I would really like to play this epic game and if not will there be a patch to fix this issue? , HammyMan105
