Hey Bungie,
I was playing crucible the other day and I noticed how strong the new titan and warlock supers are, so I figured I would make this thread to discuss this topic.
Firstly, they both have to much armor while they're super is activated. If you compare the amount of armor to a similar super in the bladedancer, they both have significantly more. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around why this might be. I mean all three are mobile supers and the sun breaker has many of the same perks as the bladedancer in terms of healing after a kill, but the sun breaker can even get an over shield after a kill. I ran into an instance in a game of elimination where a sun breaker killed my teammate and gained an over shield, I then sniped him with a her benevolence and he still lived. Both the storm caller and the sun breaker can also live through I direct impact rocket. Now compare that to a bladedancer who still gets killed by a shotgun and it really doesn't seem fair, why would you clearly make the other two classes mobile supers better than the others? I always thought the reason why the striker and nova bomb (blanking on the real name) warlock had lots of armor was because they were defenseless while using they're super.
How much more OP the sun breaker is compared to the bladedancer is rediculuis. The sun breaker has a farther kill range, the blast radius on the hammers are crazy, and the hammers practically lock on to you. Yet on top all of that they still get more armor, Bungie is practically killing off the hunter. Some changes need to be made bungie.
P.S. Don't even get me started on the duration of stormtrance!

Edited by Sentinel Dan: 10/5/2015 1:10:03 PMAlways a hunter. And besides do you know how much this happens to me"alright time to go ham with my hamme-crap who shot a shadow shot"

Edited by BearMylls29: 10/5/2015 10:49:13 AMI currently main a Hunter, but my first class was a Warlock. Also I've never liked Titans. With that said I don't think Sunbreaker should be nerfed as the Titan was advertised as a tank class and now it finally is.

Lol, anyone realise the # Cucible

Edited by Malfeitor: 10/6/2015 3:40:27 PMDuration increase in Storm trance sacrifices use of grenades and melee. Hammer of Sol line makes the Titan very limited while not in super. Each have their draw backs. BD's have tools in and out of super with very little draw back. All the new subclasses do what they do well but have trade offs. Year 1's were effective and well rounded. You can't compare year 1 and year 2.

stormtrace super does not have a shield (-_-) sunbreakers are overpowered
-
Stormcaller doesn't get that much armor. I get killed easily while using it. How about you stand back instead if expecting your precious shotgun to do all the work? I bi*ch smacked a blade dancer with a fully charged melee and barely did any damage so get out with your whiny nerf a**.
-
OP is a fgt.
-
Golden gun, blade dancer. Nothing else needs to be said.
-
I main a Hunter and I think it's fine. Supers are meant to be super. Plain and simple.
-
BUTTHURT where are you?
-
The duration of stormtrance can last extra long if you dont use your grenades and melee before unleashing it. But this is how I used to feel about blade dancers, just make a strategy and move on.
-
Hunter should also get nerfed it's b.s. they can cancel out a super completely.
-
Because hunters being able to strip your super from you, leave you moving as slow as a turtle with 1 leg and having the ability to drop their own version of the witch smoke isn't also powerful. All the classes got strong supers, Titans just need their armor reduced. End of story
-
Or just buff night stalkers

Stormcaller is fine. That's all I'll say in response to your Stormcaller nerf plee. Sunbreaker on the other hand? Far too much armour. My Summoner auto rifle (ToO weapon) does NINE damage per bullet to a Sunbreaker.. That's a TWENTY-THREE bullet kill. Mind you, that's not even counting the Sunspot build. Even if he was standing in a Sunspot with an over shield, not moving or throwing hammers, letting me shoot him, it would take me over a full clip. That's where we should draw a line. At this rate, my 3 of Coins should make the Sunbreaker drop exotic engrams for me if he's going to have the same amount of armour as an ultra in PVE.

Was looking for "Satire" tag when you said Stormcaller was "op" but could not find one.
-
Good luck with this thread.

I agree with you. The new Titan is OP in comparison to other supers. I just took off his life steal on kills and drop his armor to 50% like other supers. I use every character on this game, so I can speak :). Btw, someone says run, you just cant run against a sunbreaker titan... he will reach you...
-
They can get nerfed once the bow stops disabling supers and sprinting.
-
Im a hunter and the supers are fine. Only thing that Grings me is gg and high impact snipers dont drop hos.
-
COMING FROM A PLAYER THAT CAN HOLD THEIR OWN, all the "POOR ME" scrubs out there that are complaining about HAMMER OF SOL and STORM TRANCE --STOP-- ! They can all be taken down by guns, not just by other supers. TEAM SHOOT, if you're not terrible you can pull out a sniper and put a couple head shots on them, or just RUN! You can HEAR them activate it!! And if they use it while next to you, TOUGH #*^+!!!! That's what it's called a SUPER. GROW A PAR AND STOP CRYING!! #Stopthecrying

Their* Christ

Were are you butthurt?

Ps: you are rėtarded and storm caller is not broken. Sunbreaker is strong, yes, but only because it is the only viable pvp class for titans. It should be strong. Stormcallers are a lot like blade dancers. They both do arc, but their supers are very different. Arc blade requires you to be close, but as a result has a quicker time to kill than stormcaller. Their supers have the same duration, im just guessing you spam r1 or rt in your super and waste it quickly.

Shut up, Meg

Lol if u are a hunter your kicked out of the hunter club now your A orphan that no body wants
