The Raid has shown alot of people for their true colours (hence why i will never do it or finish it)
I helped one group out on how to start and get into the raid properly (agree'd to clan up) Boom! got left behind
Next group i got blamed for 2 or more wipes yet i had the most kills/damage etc etc but hey anger management for some was needed (i got kicked)
Last group just plain ignored me throughout the first boss then i got kicked as we were about to kill him (so i lost on loot)
But hey thank god i'll never set foot in the raid it is a pointless waste of space in the game for me. all it has proven and shown is that people's arrogance/selfishness and anger issue's come out when a few silly bits like weapons have a higher number on them so people can show off around the place.
The game itself is great love it, but the Kindergarden that is the raid heck worst place to go.

Don't give up. That's where all the loot is. It's the second week of the game bro. Join a clan.
-
Personally the Loot i couldn't care about it's not important, it's more the experience and having a good time as a group trying to work a puzzle out while having a laugh As before my experience has gained nothing but hate from angry kids or short tempered adults acting like kids just because i'm not as good as them, that is where my disgust and hate for the raid comes from (still have a Golgoroth CP but not gonna use it.) only time i want to go near the raid again is to pick up 2 or 3 calcified fragments at the start i have 41 as of now only need 3 or 4 more .

This is the exact same thing I experienced with Skolas. It's Bungies attempt to foster a cooperative community and all it does is promote elitism. On a side note I have peeps asking me at CoO to raid and my light level isn't high enough yet. All offering to raid. No BS that seems like a great place to find people. At least they can see you know how to handle mobs n shit.

I whole heartedly agree and feel where your coming from, not one of my 42 destiny friends were keen to do it with me as I've not done it, and the one time I did get a group, they started leaving after just a few minutes. I ejected my disc and snapped it, most satisfaction I've had from destiny so far.

Oh poor baby, wipe those tears and go outside.
-
Do you know what outside is, I am not sure, after all I've ran my own landscaping business for over 5 years now, I really could do with more time outside hey. It amazes me how stupid idiots like you are with your brainless assumptions.
-
Sorry but mowing the lawn for your grandma isn't a landscaping business.
-
Another brainless assumption from a brainless idiot. Don't talk to me unless you want a pool installed, and at that point I'll probably charge you 2 grand more because I think your a piece of shyte

Telling lies on the Internet is a grand way to make yourself feel better, right?

Edited by Why Bother: 9/28/2015 1:51:24 PMYou really are a brain dead moron, was your mother a drug addicted street hoar when she stupidly conceived you?
-
No she wasn't grey haired. Nice try.
-
Oh I'm sorry she must of had no hair from all that bum cancer and vaginal cancer she got from riding street dick for a living.

I was unaware that one could get such horrendous diseases from taking part of the reproduction cycle. You sure you're not a doctor and a lawn care provider at the same time?
-
I totally understand you there fella, now i just patrol do the odd strike, do a daily and other bits the raid does not exist in my game of destiny for the time being.
-
I feel relieved now I've snapped my disc, I can enjoy games that actually have story lines and gameplay that can be progressed through without relying on other people

Sounds like a horrible experience dude. More than happy for you to jump in with me and our group dude. A very friendly bunch who don't demand any experience, just a sense of humour! (PS4) We are quite happy to be non-elite but make damn sure we enjoy ourselves. Shoulder charging your buddy off the last ship on jumping puzzle comes as standard!!
-
Sadly after what i have experienced it's a non starter i will probably never go near the raid again, and at nearly 50 years old i do not need that kind of hassle in a video game. PS: thank you for the invite anyway

The oldest person on my friends list is a retired marine and his 67 years young and really enjoys his world of tanks.
-
Shame, but can totally understand. But don't worry about age being an issue. We have a fair few 50+ guys (& gal) in our group. But more than welcome to come aboard just for some good company if you wanted!

Thank you
