Iam honestly starting to think the same bro.
Farmed the shit out of Draksis and the BY FAR most recieved items were (90 % Alpha Lupi) On Titan AND on Hunter. NEVER heard of anyone getting the new Titan or Hunter chest! And oh boy I opened like 15 chest engrams... ONLY Alpha Lupi... ALL THE TIME! Me and my buddies all together opened like 25 chest engrams and noone got the new chest and we all had similar results from Draksis or any other strike exotic engram drop. 90% of our engrams turned into year 2 Alpha Lupi.
