We have a solid group of 4 and then always mix in 2 new people. We know that the 4 of us can carry the weight for some of the new players as we teach them the ropes of the raid.

Hey man if my group cant get together tonight.would you.wanna help me with oryx cp? We did our first raid fresh blind as hell and refusedto look up strats or puzzles we figured it all out on our own. I try to help people, but when I say it is always counter clockwise and you say "idk what that is" than I feel there's no hope. I don't kick people unless I have to.. I tried for a few hours with the person who said that and the rest of the group was new as well. I really don't mind teaching either I find it satisfying
