I have a constant notifications over the tower, but when I get there nothing needs to be done, I have interacted with every NPC but still nothing. There are no quests showing I need to go to the tower, no engrams to decode and nothing at the postmaster, no ship blueprints and no packs to collect. Anyone got any ideas?
