The Jolly Holiday quest never populated from the ship vendor for my warlock and it is not in the abandoned quest kiosk. This quest is available for both my Hunter and Titan though.
Any reason this could be happening on my end?

Im having a similar issue like this with my exotic sword quest. I just finished upgrading my sword with my hunter, but I wanted the quest for my titan because the sword belong to him first. Plus my hunter is not strong enough to run the quest.... wish they could just share the quest from the kiosk...
