I wouldn't say year one was nice. Way to many elititist assholes. Easy mode might be over but -blam!- it hard mode is better.

Eh. 😞 Never dealt with much elitists, specifically in game. Some annoying assholes from time to time, sure. Nothing real elitist though.

Don't remember the must have ghorn raid requirements? For everyone on the end who never got it it sucked. These forums were over flowing with those people.

Oh I remember. I just didn't care. Also, it's easy to ignore that stuff, [i]if you really want to.[/i] Probably 75% of all my raiding of Year 1 I hosted myself and I never asked for that requirement. And the times I joined other groups it was never a requirement, but people liked when others used it.

It just annoyed the hell out of me. There was no fun in year one after people learned about broken mechanics. Between thorn and ghorn crap year one just wasn't all it could have been.
