You meet two time travelers on a road, both are asking for aid.
The first man is traveling through time to try and stop an event from occurring, but doesn't learn what it is until he witnesses it. He does know that it is a day ending in disaster.
The second is an older version of the same man, however this one is trying to ensure that the event does happen, because he has seen it.
Whom do you help.

First one or else the second wouldn't be there. But technically whatever you choose to do, the future will end up the same way and your new past self will do the same thing. Confusing ain't it? I have put a lot of thought into this for the past years, if someone goes back in time to stop anything, nothing will happen no matter what you did because he future will always be the same. tl;dr The future will always be the same no matter what you do
