Dear Bungie, I have lost two major items due to Eris today and I have no foreseeable way of reclaiming them without assistance directly from Bungie. First, upon completing the King's Fall Raid and killing Oryx, I received the last item needed for the quest in which you collect three items in the raid with the last being the heart from Oryx. However, upon trying to turn the quest in, Eris popped up with the quest for the exotic scout rifle. I am fairly certain that you are supposed to get a level 310 artifact at this point. For the second issue, I turned in the first part of the exotic scout rifle quest after collecting 50 hadium flakes and should have gotten the scout rifle from Eris, I assume, but I have nothing in my inventory nor my post master. My primary slots may have been full when I tried to obtain the common scout rifle. I also have no idea how to regain the quest, although I don’t feel that I should be forced to collect 50 radium flakes again. Any help would be most appreciated, Bungie. These items are seemingly unrecoverable if lost to a glitch in the game. A 310 artifact is a fairly big deal despite being at level 300 currently. Looking forward to getting some assistance.
