Hmm. What if the real Eris Morn actually died when she assaulted the Hellmouth? And Savathûn is using her form to infiltrate the Tower?

Edited by AZTECKING89: 9/27/2015 8:24:25 PMAfter we defeat oryx in the story mission and she refers to her queen, my theory is that she is referring to Savathun. At first, I thought she was referring to the awoken queen. However after reading the grimoire again I'm torn between possibly the awoken queen being Savathun or she's an evolution of the human race. The reason I think the awoken queen "MAY" be Savathun because in one of the verses of the book of sorrow she (Savathun) tells oryx that she needs to grow away from him and leaves. She could have possibly become the awoken. That's just a theory though. The only thing I know for sure is the Eris refers to a queen during the last cut scene, which is strange.

Eris and the Queen were actually corresponding with each other pretty regularly. Eris is a part of Ikora Rey's Hidden, which is why at the beginning cut scene the Queen says "my Hidden friend." Mara Sov's origins are... tricky. There is no information regarding anything about her life before she captured the Wolves. It could be possible that she is related to the Hive, but she probably isn't Savathun, because Savathun is likely much more powerful than the Queen and would have put up a better fight.

in the opening mission for the taken king , the one called the coming war . if you direct what the awoken queen is seemingly saying to eris at oryx ;)

That would be amazing.
