You're right on that aspect, but still, using old weapons are always used as well. The Strangers Rifle is considered an old weapon, too. People use that, too. So yes, people use new weapons. But people also use old weapons.

But people shouldn't BE using old weapons. That's my point. They're already kinda useless. They'll be even more useless when Year 3 rolls around..
