After the recent update I have lost access to the suros shader that I've had since I bought TTK. also I still have not received access to the subclass emblems for completing the quests.

Same here, it says i didnt preorder TTK when i bought it months ago

Same. check out xbl server status page. Someone posted they were having problems with purchase content usage.
