BUNGIE, I lost all my collectors items for my warlock during launch since I deleted my character right after first mission because I wanted to change my race. I've retrieved my exotic piece and dance, but the shader is no where to be found... Not even in the machine. Is there anything going on or is there something I can do to retrieve the shader over purchased? Please let me know. Thanks. Been asking around since day one and still no real response.

This may sound dumb since you have been asking so much, but... Do you have other characters leveled to do 40 and have your checked with those at the kiosk? If you have..... Does it give you a specific reason why you can't obtain said shader?

So after i created my warlock again, i lvld it up to 40 and now have a high light level. I still havent been able to find the shader specific to my warlock.. ive checked the kiosk and for promotional shaders all that is there is the suros, titan, and hunter shader. the warlock one is not there.. i have all my other gear for titan and hunter. The reasoon i lost my collectors items is because i deleted my Warlock before i even saw i had a letter with my collectors items. You would think you would get them by making a new character, but that didnt happen and all i want is my shader since i paid for it. if i didnt buy the edition i could care less. but i paid for it. so it makes sense that i should receive said shader.
