So I don't know where to ask this so this looks fine... I've bought two engrams from Xur and they both gave me old weapons not up to date with TTK is this a problem with the game or is it really a gamble on weather you get something useful or not? Plz help don't want those strange coins to go to waste at 31 per engram.
