the code for my suros pack was on my receipt from gamestop.
I bought mine from the Xbox 360 Marketplace, when It was made available for about a day or so before getting taken off.
Mine should have been part of the download. It wasn't.

Did you go back to marketplace and check under Destiny extras to see if it's there to download. They did say some people may need to manually install some pieces.

Suros bonus pack isn't available on the 360 Marketplace. The last rep I chatted with had me search for it on both my console and on the Xbox website. No luck. He searched for it as well on his end and didn't come up with anything either. Rep said that he thinks Bungie must have taken it down for maintenance reasons or something like that and that it might be available again at a later date ... yeah, right. Currently on the Xbox 360 Marketplace, there are only three add-ons under Destiny: i) Expansion Pass, ii) The Dark Below, and iii) House of Wolves. The Taken King Legendary Edition and the Collector's Edition are listed as separate games ... with nothing else listed with them either. Taken King stand alone isn't available on the 360 Marketplace, neither is the Collector's Edition upgrade. Right now, 360 users are getting shafted without so much of a word from Bungie or Microsoft as to why. It really sucks balls.

Ah, gotcha. Sorry about that, just hoped to help with my experience. I hope they resolve your issue, they still haven't responded to my inquiry on my missing spark of light.
