It wasn't at all misleading. It was advertising what is available in the game. Exactly the same way the PS exclusives were advertised when Destiny originally launched last year. The game has never been pay-to-win. They have never let you outright buy exotic/legendary gear (not yet, anyway). It's just not the business model, they haven't done that historically, and in no way was the ad copy misleading. You have no reason to think that's the way things are all of a sudden. The fact of the matter is you will have to earn your gear the same way everyone else does, by playing the game. You're not going to get handed anything, so to keep posting about it knowing what the answer is just, well, silly.
