You can order as many weapons as your gunsmith level is. So if you hit rank five, you could order all weapons. Basically extra legendary marks.

Wrong, you get one order per gunsmith lvl, not one per level per week.

Not true. I got two guns this week and was able to place orders for two more (I am rank 2). It seems like you get to order one gun for every level every week.
