There is none. Support is only offered via here. There are various things it could be, without know what you tried I can't even suggest. What connection do you have? If it's Satellite or Cellphone then chances are it's going to suck regardless (some people have posted no knowing). Here are some things, with the most [u]obscure[/u] ones first since I imagine you tried the common ones already [b]A) Some ISP-given routers are cheap pieces of tin[/b] Seriously, they give the cheapest ones possible, like cellphone companies used to give free flipphones with contract. [b]Some[/b] have fixed the issue by purchasing a better one from an electronic store. So maybe find one at a store with a good return policy. [b]B) Try changing the DNS settings on your router[/b] Sometimes the ones used by the ISP suck. So many prefer to use Google's. You can Google how to do it, and which numbers are Googles to type in. [b]C) Enable PNP on your router[/b] [b]D) Disable QOS throttling on your router[/b] [b]E) Enable port forwarding on your router[/b] Destiny's support page has which port numbers to try for each console [b]F) Satellite connections suck for FPS gaming. Don't bother[/b] You'd think this would be self explanatory, but it's not. A bunch of people didn't know this. I'm not mocking them, they have enough things to worry about if they have to settle on Satellite internet. [b]G) Cellphones also tend to suck for FPS gaming.
