Yea, I got it The exact same way you got it, I bought it. Which, last I checked, is from xur who is run by RNG, and so is the way you got it! If by "earned" it you mean you got lucky, then sure, but guess what, I got lucky and xur sold it! So yea. You and me got it the same way, RNG!
