Hello Bungie! I purchased the Collector's Edition of TTK and did not receive the Collector's Edition Items! How do I go about receiving these or having you guys investigate my account? The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items which can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar, were not there for example. Finally, my TTK Collector's edition was $100! It did not register that I already owned Destiny vanilla, The Dark Below, House of Wolves. How do I get re-reimbursed for this? I also received a response from your team where you suggested I ensure that my weapons pack and suros arsenal pack and the destiny: the taken king collector's edition digital content are both installed. EVERYTHING is installed and I did not receive them. Please contact me again as I am still waiting for the items that I purchased!!!!! Thanks, Zak
