What wasn't confirmed was of this piece of meat was originally part of the Eucharist. No one besides an incredible local priest was able to say anything besides "He pulled his hand out of the box and shouted that it was a miracle."
That's where your faith bridges the gap. It was never proven that it was a maricle, just that this guy had heart meat in his hands.
When you can prove that it was in fact a divine miracle of any sort with something other than word of mouth, we'll talk. Because I find it amazingly interesting that none of these so called miracles happen out in front of crowds or are recorded in any way shape or form.
