The answer is player data because not all of those groups streamed the raid. Bungie collects player data from every player, this shows raid completions, playlist populations, weapon usage, class usage, etc. if they didnt collect data on players you wouldnt be able to view your games played, k/d and virtually everything else associated with your guardian on this website.

All I'm saying is that either way, it is going to get nerfed, from player data or complaints.
