What about the fact that i did not receive any of the collectors edition items that i was suppose to get. I bought that 80$ copy for that reason and got nothing. Code says its been used and if i go to manage game there is nothing there to re download. When will i get the stuff that i paid for a long time ago?????? Plus i never got anything from the redbull code.
