Rank 2 you get a class specific weapon and you can order a second ARMSDAY package. rank 3 is a class specific exotic, not sure about another package haven't got rank 3 yet.

I guess I should've been more specific. I meant another armsday package. Can you order 3 at rank 3, like how you get 2 at rank 2. I edited my previous post.
