Bungie Redemption Codes not showing up

So, as you can see I've redeemed all these codes but have yet to actually see any of the items I've redeemed, this is including the September 19th redemption code.

1 ReplyHi, A select few Emblems that were offered via promotion may not be available for pick up at the Emblem Collection. Bungie is aware of the issue and is actively investigating. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/152554085/0/0
